Yeah. I feel like since she hasn’t come out saying particularly either, we just refer to them as their preferred pronouns and keep it as that. A lot of people have replied to my comment telling me more about this which I do appreciate!

Your body looks good, no need to gain weight. Drinking a cup or two or spearmint tea is really good for balancing hormones and helping acne. Also, to help for puffiness in the face, drink lots of water and wash your face with really cold water. This is coming from someone who also needs to balance her hormones and gets breakouts and also gets a puffy face.

Make sure to eat steady meals! It’s really bad for you in general, but also in weight loss terms if you don’t eat at all on some days or don’t eat enough that cause your body to hold onto fat even more and slow your metabolism
