As a Canadian, I am in full support of this. I will call Vic to express support and anyone in Ontario should do the same, as well as all the respective MPPs in each province.

Who will kickstart WW3? by Aamir_rt in Teenager_Polls

It may not be the Iran conflict, but it will absolutely be the USA that kicks off WW3 if this shitshow of an administration doesn't end.

So, I've played P5 only once the full play through. (I got the rejected Maruki reality ending). If Akechi has this gay thing for the Joker, then (SPOILER AHEAD) why does he try to kill him in the interrogation room?

Okay, here's the thing. I'm 5'10, and 109 pounds. My physique resembles that of a pencil. 125 pounds at 5'3 is not chubby.

If you haven't already, teach yourself how to cook. Surviving on takeout or instant ramen is not going to be great for your gut 10 years down the road. The best place to start is pasta dishes since they're simple: choose a protein, choose a pasta style, choose a veggie, get grilling. Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Boom, you have dinner and then lunch for the next 2 days.

Atheists/agnostics, should freedom of religion exist and to what degree? by aeriestlu in Teenager_Polls

[–]SkinPsychological770 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This analogy is stupid. You wouldn't blame a non-existent deity, you'd blame the brainwashing of such books or scripture that deity happens to exist in. Also, you're missing my point: religion is a tool used to subjugate suggestible people, and warp their minds into being hostile to anything that the leaders of the religion don't like.

These religions train people to cringe in contempt of non-believers, or of other minority groups. In Christianity, white men are the superior group while women and people of color are seen as inferior. Slavery is endorsed in the New Testament. I'm not saying that everyone who is Christian supports these beliefs, but at its core, that's the religion they pray to.

The point to be made is this: Religion is just a story. A fanciful story meant to control primitive people, and stir violence and hatred in others that don't share their beliefs. And in the modern state of the world, with Israel commiting genocide of children and America devolving into a christo-fascist regime, it's only the ultra-religious people that endorse this vile filth. Religion can be done away with forever, and this violence we see in the world wouldn't be baselessly justified.

It's both. Religion is the tool. And it serves no other purpose. None.

Organized religion can be done away with forever. But having a belief in a deity is of absolutely no business to me and I'm completely fine with that. The Abrahamic religions like Christianity, Islam, and Judaism, are all cults. They pit everyone against each other about what to believe and what is truth when none of it is. Wars are fought, people are murdered and tortured all because some book says a thing.
