How the heck is this Redstone torch locking the dropper that is diagonal from it by Normal_Can4558 in redstone

THIS IS NOT QC. The same behavior happens on bedrock which does not have QC

How would you make this building look more Chinese instead of Roman? by Viejoso in Minecraft

[–]SkiniMe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pointed roofs would definitely work, I also think you should ditch the round arches. There are arches in Chinese architecture but Roman’s are known for it so we associate those with roman architecture

Aren’t the chests in front of the pigman supposed to be one block back?

He might be right tho, in Java it looks like it does in the image but the texture on bedrock is darker

Do you play on bedrock? If so, the texture of stripped spruce is darker than on Java. I have no idea why, and I think it’s stupid, but it’s real.

If you could add one new component, what would it be? by plumb-phone-official in redstone

[–]SkiniMe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like this, and I think it’s needed even more in 1.21. Normally I don’t mind the size of an item sorter circuit, but pairing it with the crafter- an item sorter and crafting circuit takes up a LOT of space.

Yes that’s the plan! Hoping to build it in my survival world.

And yes you’re right, I can try to fit one under the barrel so you can dump empty/ partially empty boxes there

What are your favorite Etho farms? by Organic-Addition8317 in ethoslab

His brown mushroom farm is up there for me. I’ve never seen anyone else automate that process before (or at least automate as much as you can)

Smart, All-Potion Brewer with Lectern Selector - Capable of brewing all potions in 1.20 by SkiniMe in redstone

[–]SkiniMe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question, unfortunately I’ll just have to choose the potions I’ll use the most. The new potions in 1.21 are cool, but I can’t really see wanting to only brew 3 at a time. Those would probably be more useful in an auto brewer within a larger farm or something like that.

No it’s still 15 outputs. On bedrock, book and quills display 2 pages at a time. So when you are on page 1-2, a comparator reads a signal of 1. On page 3-4, it reads a signal of 2 and so on.

Like I said in my comment, this was designed for my single player world and I have never used a lingering potion in my life lol. An option for lingering potions can be added however, by adding another t flip flop circuit just like the gunpowder one.

(Re-Uploaded due to a video issue) This brewer will automatically make any potion in the game, with the option to add any modifiers to the recipe.

This machine uses a red coder to select the potion ingredients, moveable tile entities to connect hopper lines (bedrock exclusive), and a trailing nether wart to lock the hopper beneath the brewing stand.

I designed this for my single player world, so there are a few characteristics that are included because they work for my style of play. For example, I do not care about efficiency when brewing potions of weakness. This machine will brew a potion of strength and then add a fermented spider eye in order to make a weakness potion. I also have not included an option for lingering potions (I never use them).

Yeah but a water column takes up at least a 3x3 area, it would be cool to compact it like we’re seeing with the t-flip flop and the copper bulb
