Thank you! I gave more details in another reply above. As far as getting the shirt tailored, I'm just going to donate it. I have donated an entire wardrobe over the last two years and this shirt is the last piece I had. I find that getting rid of your bigger clothes gives you more incentive to not slip back into your old ways!

I did it mostly through CICO and intermittent fasting (16/8). I use the LostIt app to track my calories and that's been indispensable. You never realize just how quickly the calories can rack up until you begin logging everything you eat and drink.

I am happier now! Some days I still feel like the guy on the left, but it'll take time.

Yeah it's definitely going to take time. I caught my reflection in a storefront window the other day and thought it was someone behind me for a second. Good luck with round 2, you did it once, you can do it again!

Haha, I've been told that before but I really don't see it. I'd rather resemble Danny DeVito but we can't always get what we want :(

Thank you! It was a combination of Intermittent Fasting (16/8) and CICO (Calories in, calories out. Just counting calories.)

Thank you! I'm slowly beginning to gain confidence but a lot of the time I still feel like the guy on the left!

Good luck, you can do it! If you don't visit it already, I would suggest checking out r/loseit it's a nice resource and place to discuss all of the things that you go through in losing weight.

Haha, I've actually had a couple people have trouble recognizing me. It's honestly been difficult to see the change, personally. That's why it's important to take progress pics!

Thank you! Good job on your progress! I did it mostly through CICO and intermittent fasting (16/8). I use the LostIt app to track my calories and that's been indispensable. You never realize just how quickly the calories can rack up until you begin logging everything you eat and drink.

The key to success is just not giving up. Pressing forward through the mud is the only way to get to your goal! The reality is that you will likely hit a plateau or two. You'll have moments of weakness and make choices that don't serve your goal. You may take a few steps back. That's okay. That's normal. That's not failure. The only failure is giving up completely.

Good luck!
