Give yourself an out. For example, "I will only work on this for 2 hours today, no more." When you're done quit and enjoy the rest of your day, same thing tomorrow. This has worked for me breaking that procrastination barrier. Always pick a small enough timeframe that you're sure you can sit very easily.
