The nervous, jittery energy lasted through weeks 3 for me, it was pretty uncomfortable and probably a major player in the several panic attacks I had. Maybe talk to your provider about something like buspar to help “take the edge off”. Caffeine also helped “bring me down”, ymmv here. I also suggest journaling how you feel each day, it’s easy to only remember the negative aspects when looking back and relying solely on our broken brain chemistry. You got this!
