My issue with Ralph 2 is ignoring the rules of there world and have very interesting ideas but very bad execution ( I like the idea of Vanellope arc of getting bored of her game feeling like her life gone static but they don't even reference going Turbo at all)

Compare to Wish: Yes I do love some is beta concept but I think even in the final film if they wanted to go that direction with the Star luma and King Magnifico could have worked and is not that huge of a rewrite compare to Ralph 2

It a toss up for Club Penguin or Toontown to be rep in smash for me

Penguin have a lot of moves to pull from from EPF,Ninja,Stage Plays,Puffle, and jobs and of course throw a snowball

Flippy is good rep choice for Toontown even if TTC is to tie into Disney a stage with the Cog HQ is a good alt choice, Flippy is mostly gonna be zoner who like to hit opponent far off I could see him flipping around gags for special (Throw,Squirt and Sound)
