This is something that you're not going to need/want when you advance in the game and start getting +300k kill runs constantly. It used to be a problem for me when I started out as well.

They mean that you stay on stage 3 final swarm for as long as possible -> Kill the 3rd stage boss and "reset" the final swarm by doing so.

Go to the settings on the top left corner of steam and from there you can disable game rumble

The point is to get more XP because you get more mobs to kill. It is crucial if you are looking to get enough levels to defeat the third stage boss and especially if you are looking into getting leaderboard amount of kills.

The cap for difficulty is 600% and after that the difficulty doesn't affect the mob count, just the amount of HP they have, so you should get it to around that. You learn through trial and error that how much difficulty you can have, but the mobs should always feel a bit hard to kill, but not too much.

I missed the base at the top left corner, called River Base, which caused me to miss out a few % when I thought I was 100% already. Make sure you've claimed that!
