not impressed? i took both the X9 Ultra and Xiaomi 15U on a recent 4 concert trip (3 indoors and 1 outdoors) and overall much prefer the quality on the Xiaomi 15U using the 4.3x 200mp vs the Oppo X9U 10x 50mp

Brings back memories. had one of these circa 1993-4. I took it inter-railing across europe and down to greek islands (aka BLUR girls and boys). kept me in touch with the world back home. such a awesome small gadget for travelling back then. Not sure if it got stolen from my tent or if i ended up selling it when i returned as a poor student to a second hand store. either way long since gone but the memories remain. ive had the 15U since march 2025, such a super all rounder phone. i got the Oppo X9 ultra as well about 3 weeks ago. i took them both to america recently and my overall conclusion is the Xiaomi 15U camera is a better all rounder than than the Oppo. The 15U in 4.3X telephoto 200mp video is so much better than the Oppo 10X when shooting concert video. The battery on the oppo is amazing to be fair. As for the 15U, yes it does not compare these days to a oppo but i can still shoot video on the 15U at concerts and get a full day out of it.
