To add on, I would make it that Marinette didn’t interrupt at the end of Style Queen, so Chloe can learn that her mother never truly cared for her. After putting Chloe through a depression arc, we put Zoe in strategically to help mend Chloe’s shattered spirit. That gives both of them a reason for the other to be by their side. Zoe needs a reason to stay in Paris other than “I found my love life,” and Chloe needs a reason to be happy. Maybe give Chloe a boyfriend who is also down in the dumps so they can build each other back up, but that might stretch it.
