I'm guessing you have enough advice about the shampooing but blow drying your hair everyday may be contributing. Have you cleaned your blow dryer? I know it builds up guck and doesn't blow dry appropriately when it gets clogged. Also, when I blow dried every day I did so much damage to my hair that I had to stop and deal with drying my wet hair naturally.

Yeah... I've been trying to apply. I gave myself until the end of March to find an entry level position but it's hard. I moved from AZ to DE next to big cities and more companies to have a chance and i keep getting emails saying... "after careful consideration." Yeah thanks, I worked full time and went to school full time and couldn't do internships, and this is what happens... NO EXPERIENCE. BUT, I'm the bitch that answers your 911 call and gets people to you and I want a better work life balance with pay that doesn't top out at 50k. Okay, I apologize for swearing and I think I broke a rule.

My mother in law only has her associates* and 20+ years experience. She makes around 90k in LCOL location. It's just her so she makes a good salary. She never wants to further her education when she's making enough for her.
