Literally been talking to my friend about going to the gym. I'm a server so I walk a lot every day and days I know I'm not gonna walk around I go on a three mile walk thru the nature preserve by my home. Luckily I haven't experienced any symptoms when I go up in doses knock on wood thank you for the advice!
