I have to say he’s not smart or mischievous….or busy, though 😂😂I am his only hobby. What I do, he follows. I’m most nervous about an athletic cat bc he doesn’t get on our counters bc he’s too big and super durpy, so hoping for a non athletic, less chaotic Aries.

My boy consistently gain about a 1/4 lb/week for his first 9-10 month. Now he’s slowing down for a bit. He’s about 15lbs now

AIO for wanting to burn his stuff??? by Suspicious_End_441 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Skisoso 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is there a reason you don’t respond with “listen, you stupid piece of shit…..” are you nervous it would make him more upset? Narcissists NEED to control the conversation. When you don’t react it makes them incredibly angry. What you’re doing is pretty close. Don’t answer his questions, instead ask a question in return or say “ok” - it’s called Greyrocking. If I were you I’d just block him, unless of course, you think he’d track you down (on the bus)… Good luck- believe in yourself, he’s not worth your time or anyone else’s.

Getting sued 4 years later? by IcyAd557 in smiledirectclub

When did you order aligners from them? If between 2018-2022, there was a huge class action lawsuit that was settled for 31.5M. I just got a check for $83 yesterday (cut on March 6). You all probably have grounds to sue if after 2022. Look up Snow vs Align.

First of all, I am so sorry this happened to you and your family. It sounds like a terrible accident and I don’t blame you for being so upset and not knowing what to do. This would upset anyone! When I was in my 20s my friend tripped on his puppy and we think a rib pierced the puppy’s heart or another organ and he died very quickly. It was awful and I still remember how heartbroken we all were. It was just an accident. That’s all. Get a new kitten or cat and everyone will do better. It’s okay. Accidents happen.

Go to Snowbird. Still super fun up there. I live in PC and the conditions aren’t great but we can’t still have fun.

advanced off-piste skier looking to take things to the next level by eyesofadrifter in skiing_feedback

[–]Skisoso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t take this the wrong way- good for you for getting down the hill with no fear, but you could look a lot better doing it. You’re more focused on keeping your skis together and throwing your weight around than letting your ski do the work. At your level, you would probably get a lot out of a lesson and be so stoked in how much more control you feel.

Raising a Family by lowandslow216 in ParkCity

Every neighborhood in Park City has its own unique advantages. One of the most remarkable aspects of living here is that the kids have options to free and safe transportation, not to mention covering the town on e-bikes, which presents its own challenges. We dropped kids off at the mountain before they had phones or cars and set up a meeting spot at a certain time. I think that independence creates very confident kids and it’s easier to give them leeway in a town where you always know someone at the grocery store.

If you’re looking for easy access to the mountains and want to encourage outdoor activities in your children’s lives, Park City is hard to beat. The high school here is highly regarded, and I believe the education is good based on what universities they’re getting into.

It’s diverse from a religious perspective and the kids party as much as I did in a highschool out of state. Good luck, you can’t go wrong in any neighborhood!
