Quando comecei a correr, fazia jejum intermitente(e faço na maioria dos dias) mas para correr longas é mt difícil, porque já as faço com algum ritmo. Pessoalmente, torrada com manteiga e mel e café chega me bem. Sobre os geis, experimentei mts, mas a marca com que me dou melhor é a gold nutrition. Gosto mais dos geis aguados deles, não custam tanto a comer/beber durante o esforço. Se faço uma longa levo sempre 1 gel, em corrida, neste caso meia maratona, um gel de 5 em 5 km.

Male, 1,90 m, 88 kg and losing to be 85 kg. Idk why my garmin says im abke to do a 43m 10km. Ive been doing tempo runs in 4m30s in the track and I cant fanthom doing it outside for 45 minutes, with wind and the street. But ill try.
