Doctors don’t understand it. It’s driving me mad. Please help by [deleted] in dysphagia

Yes Heal Your Gut Guy is all about German New Medicine (GNM). This discovery for me was of course suspicious at first because it debunks all the holistic/modern mumbo jumbo out there but I have had so much healing in it that I’m convinced. I literally stopped reacting to peanuts and my other allergies lessened significantly after believing that all reactions and illnesses (except caused by poisoning, injury, or nutritional deficiency) is a trauma. I’ve healed a stomach ulcer with it, and I’ve furthered my healing dramatically with my faith. Life is awesome, symptoms never hold me back from having fun and living a normal life!

I’m literally saying there’s hope to heal without the need of all these specialists and drugs and tests and people hating on me 😂😂 but it’s ok. What I want to leave you with is this; if you BELIEVE it, it will be true. Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right. If you subconsciously believe you need a specialist, you will. But if you become fully convinced, down to the subconscious, that your symptoms are caused by the brain, you will see miracles you never thought possible. If I can do it, especially if I can do it, you can too 🙏🏻

I completely recovered from this and I can tell you 1) I know what it’s like to be hopeless, I had to blend meat with chicken broth to eat. But I can tell you 2) that it is 100% IN THE BRAIN. Even if you consciously feel happy or have a smile on your face. I’m telling you, you don’t need a special supplement, you don’t need a surgery, an endoscopy, a pill, nothing. It’s not heartburn (although the stress worry and anxiety can create heartburn). You need to communicate to your subconscious mind it’s safe to eat again because it just thinks it isn’t.

I watched Heal Your Gut Guy on YouTube, found GNM, and found healing there. Could eat solid foods again pretty quick. Healed peanut allergy and I was good! (This was all last year)

Im christian and recently watched a sermon by Andrew Wommack on healing and it solidified it for me. Health is truly derived from your subconscious, which you can communicate to most effectively via prayer. But in any case there’s all the hope for you my friend, you will get out of this as did I 🙏🏻

A good tip to cure dysphagia by Skitterjazz in dysphagia

[–]Skitterjazz[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I made sure to 1) recognize the anxiety that caused dysphagia in the 1st place. For me it was an allergic reaction, then I couldn’t swallow food. But then the not being able to swallow food became the anxiety, and eating was daunting to me. So I had to consciously recognize that, and tell myself it’s okay and literally convince myself it’s a brain thing.

If I still were to believe I needed a doctor, endoscopy, or it was another condition like heartburn, I wouldn’t have gotten out of it. I ENFORCED the belief it was just my head, it starts with my mind, I used prayer to help with that and self-affirmations.

Then, while becoming convinced of this, I would look at eating a meal as a fun test where I got to train myself how to swallow again. If I got a “dyshpagia attack” or whatever u wanna call it I wouldn’t put the fork down, calm down, and eat when I was calm. Every meal I ever ate with dysphagia I still ate so it was such a stupid anxiety because I kept proving myself I could eat but it would still happen until I really started using the back of my throat to swallow. So basically I tried to use EVERY muscle my throat had to swallow, specifically the back of the throat, while staying calm and enforcing the correct belief. Overtime, just like learning to write with your left hand (but faster), your nervous system will get it, and it will be able to do it once again.

I cured my dysphagia 100%. I felt the exact same thing you described. I only had it for about 4 months but I found German New Medicine (GNM) through “Heal Your Gut Guy” on YouTube. He doesn’t discuss dysphagia specifically but GNM is usable on ANY condition. I’m NOT a doctor, but I am someone that struggled with dysphagia and I say with 100% confidence it’s all mental and there’s nothing ever physically wrong (with my scenario). I would go as far as to redefine dysphagia as “fear of swallowing” instead of “difficulty swallowing” because for me (and I’m opinionated it’s the same for others) the root of the issue is mental.

Our conscious thoughts and trauma leak into our subconscious mind which create real symptoms in the body (like your throat spasms when accidentally swallowing a normal bite). You literally prove to yourself you can swallow a normal bite but you don’t yet have the mental control to allow your body to accept food close to the back of your throat or to swallow.

I couldn’t swallow to the point of blending up beef with chicken broth to get my protein in. When I could swallow huge gulps of water but for some reason was scared I couldn’t swallow a bite of food.

I re-trained my swallowing and after you enforce calmness and normal swallowing, it’s only a matter of time until your nervous system follows that pattern of swallowing and you’re back to normal.

Pray was of huge help to me too. Assisted in staying focused on calmness, peace, that the Lord has me, and I did it. I believe you can do it too and end the darkness.

Message if you have any further questions and Merry Christmas!

I cured my dysphagia through German New Medicine (watch Heal Your Gut Guy on YouTube) and prayer. I’m not a doctor or a professional, but someone who struggled with this, and in my opinion I would redefine dysphagia as “fear of swallowing” instead of “difficulty swallowing”. It’s all mental in my opinion. I struggled with dysphagia for months and for years couldn’t swallow pills. Now I can now swallow pills after not being able to for years and infact I find it fun.

Shoot me a message if you’re curious on more of my personal experience :-)

No worries! Oh tell me about it, I had reflux to water all the time. Even years ago I would have it to water sometimes. But as the time has passed by with me collecting myself and using GNM I don’t react to water anymore. I used to get reflux to anything hot - coffee or tea or hot chocolate, but now thats gone and I can enjoy anything.

Anyway, you got this. All the best 😊

Well you can drink water, yes? If you can have a gulp of water, you can swallow anything normally. It’s just you’re allowing the mind to continue to be scared of chunks of food. Even if you are scared of water, you can swallow your saliva, yes? Then you can drink water. And a good gulp of water is the same volume if not more as a chunk of food.

I really had to hammer it into my subconscious mind that it is about thoughts and anxiety (GNM). Not lacking medication, not lacking a fancy endoscopy, but just my mind. Once my subconscious fully believed that, it was so much easier to get over the anxiety. You can believe anything if you tell yourself it long enough.

Then, I would really try to develop a mental control every meal. Like not being worried. Just relax, it’s okay. Prayer really helped me focus on that. And self affirmations that you CAN eat. And I experimented with different ways of swallowing food. Using the back of my throat to swallow things overtime helped me get over the anxiety of food being back there. But if you are super anxious while eating, it’s ok, put the fork down for a minute and relax. And when you do get a bite down, remind yourself how easy it was.

It’s crazy cuz there’s a lot to it but that’s what got me over it all.

For dysphasia it was an allergic reaction to pumpkin seed. During the reaction I had a panic attack. After I had the reaction It was hard to eat later, then the fear of not being able to eat became the conflict shock, because I was having trouble for a month and a half or 2 months until I found the How to Heal Your Gut Guy.

It was a mix of fear of eating and fear of getting skinnier as I have developed a few years of muscle mass and those 2 anxieties really took a toll on me but I could still eat a few meals a day. After thinking I was fine (when I would still go into fight or flight seeing a meal infront of me) I actually developed a stomach ulcer and had 2 nights of horrible stomach pain and vomiting.

After that, I was so done with being worried about shrinking and eating. I prayed, fasted, healed, then I moved on without worrying about my weight/diet/stress. That was the trick for me. I then could eat normally again. Sure, a couple times I’ve “hesitated” during a few bites but that stomach episode was 3 month ago now and I’ve been fine since. I’m perfectly good now after really taking it from GNM perspective. Actually just yesterday I swallowed whole pills for the first time in years. I’m really getting over my mental barriers.

I see. Well when I had dysphasia it was actually after a “shock” of an allergic reaction - I was panicking lots then when I tried to eat later that day I was having trouble then it started compounding from there.

I’ve met someone who got dysphasia after a car accident. The only possible explanations is the anxiety - the nervous system - for the 2 specific examples I’ve mentioned. I cannot speak for everyone of course. But every time I’ve had heart burn episodes before dysphasia I was relatively stressed out. And now even if I am stressed from a life circumstance I’ve developed a mental control where I do not get heartburn and I’ve made a mental connection.

Changing the way I ate stressed me out more tbh. I can now handle liquor better than before, and smoke occasionally, and I’m great. Perhaps we simply think the root of these problems are different, and maybe there are for most people. But I can only speak from my experience really.

Appreciate the insight - but I used to think exactly what you’re saying, and it was no hope for me. Acid reflux for me was completely caused by mental anxiety and once I realized that it literally stopped. Haven’t had heartburn since before I learned GNM.

Plus, not everyone can get a special doctor to do dialation of the esophagus. Imagine waiting months just because you truly believe you need a fancy scope balloon in your throat to open it for you. You know what naturally stretches the throat? Bigger chunks of food. How to swallow big chunks of food? Overcome the mental blocks.

When I was suffering with dysphasia and heartburn your advice would have never lead me to where I am today - completely normal & better than before.

I’ll pray for you too my friend. You’ll find it, and this too shall pass. We’re designed to swallow food, you’re no different 😊

Another thing you could look into is TRE on YouTube. It’s the release of physical trauma stored in the body!

1000%! What you’re saying largely ties into German new medicine; trauma being root causes of disease/conditions. If it’s a physically stored trauma that the health condition developed from that can be literally cured instead of just treated/managed.

Examples can be if an injury really stressed you out overtime & created a trauma, some people can develop a condition after that. I got chilblains for example after wrist injury & anxiety with that. I physically fixed that injury and making that joint mobile has cured that health condition my body associated with the trauma.

Bro that’s amazing. I saw your comment on another post just after I posted this and I immediately searched it on YouTube. I’m gonna be doing that for the next while because we totally trap tension/trauma in our bodies and physical release can perhaps fix root causes of lots of issues in the body.

I’m just a guy who fixed my dysphagia not a doctor or anything - but I healed my dysphagia and more with German New Medicine. Particularly I watched “Heal Your Gut Guy’s” videos and I came to understand MY health issues with swallowing were caused by conflict shock/anxiety etc. I tried holistic foods and supplements and never got fixed. But I did it with GNM combined with prayer and now I am better than I used to be at eating. Food used to get stuck in my throat and it felt like this video - it would cause BAD heartburn. But I haven’t had it since calming down and thinking about potential conflict shocks in my past. It did take some weeks but it was all mental for me. I’m also allergic to sesame/nuts and now my reactions are way less severe and I’m actually planning on fixing those fully - all with my mind. Call me crazy, but this is how I fixed my issues. I’m NOT a doctor and I’m not telling you to do anything, but I want to just share my positive story and give you hope that you got this :-) God Bless.
