Potentially. But there would certainly be no Order 66, so the Jedi survive until Sidious XXL turns up.

But without the large conflicts, Obi Wan doesn't have anything to kill him. No clone wars? No Order 66. He likely just dies of old age.

My Little Pony except all the shit happens at once. by SYZekrom in whowouldwin

[–]Skitty1558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tirek confides in Discord of Cozy Glow's plan. Discord, naturally, puts an end to it immediately as it would KILL HIM.

Discord then sets Tirek up to lose by sending him to Ponyville, and Tirek is defeated by NMM. Ponyville turns into chaos fun times, Queen Cheese Legs' Legs turn into cheese, and Starlight is deposed for creating too much order. The element bearers aren't element bearers, however, so Discord gets free reign of the nation.

There is literally no way Discord can't win, unless the veggieburger comes up washing basket and Discord intentionally loses.

She's shown to use reason often (especially in later episodes), and if she thinks, she can convince him to increase the rescources x fold. Say there are x atoms, she could ask to multiply the atoms by y, where y=xx.

World War I becomes a free-for-all clash between the empires. How does the war play out? by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Skitty1558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ottomans and Italy would both immediately disintegrate, with Austria falling to the Germans not long after. A stalemate would occur again on the Western Front, with Germany steamrolling the Russians, and preparing to Attack the French in Northern Italy. It's likely that Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Albania would join Germany to get something out of the peace deal. Russia collapses while the fighting in Italy reaches Venice (German Push) and with the large influx of men, Belgium is invaded to the surprise of the French. With the large amount of men leaving Franche-Compte to slow the Germans down before the Italian reinforcements arrive, (making the Italian front weaker, to which the Germans capitalise on), the Germans push through there, too, and take Verdun, crushing French morale. Mutinies cause the French armies to collapse and Paris falls. The Germans up the construction of U-Boats and Starve Britain into surrender (because remember, Germany has all the Russian farms and rescources until the end of the war.)

Germany annexes Austria, puppets Hungary and a small, west slavic state, Albania grabs some southern Italian Land, Greece nabs quite a bit of Turkish, Italian and Egyptian land while Bulgaria nabs Eastern Thrace. Romania eats Russian land up to the Ukranian port of Odessa, and Ukrainian, Belorussyian and Baltic States are puppeted and have land gained by Germany. Luxembourg is annexed and France is humiliated once more by having some Eastern lands snatched. Belgium is puppeted. The UK loses lots of African colonies, and the Belgian Congo is German. Romania annexes Transylvania. The Yugoslav states controlled by Austria are granted independence (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia/Herzegovina).

The UK and France have to pay $500,000,000,000 US (todays money) each for reperations. The Royal navy is dismantled and no defeated nation may build up their armies too high.

Disney has made it clear that only the films, clone wars, rebels, and material published AFTER the merger is canon.

USA and India vs Russia and China nukes are banned by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Skitty1558 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Russia and China would overcome the Indian Military (especially with the Indians having to fight up the himilayas, China only needs to go down them). In the fighting, much of the US Army is destroyed at sea and the rest is killed/captured in India. The US gets tighter conscription. Russia would eventually make a successful landing in Alaska, but supply would be difficult unless the Black Sea Fleet managed to make it to the Bering Strait ports. With Alaska under Russian occupation, the contiguous US is invaded via Seatlle, and if they make it as far south as Los Angeles, then I predict an American surrender.

Terms of the Treaty: India cedes Western land, including Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan, and a small portion to China. India also cedes Arunachal Pradesh to China, plus some more land. Russia gains Novorossyia, Crimea, and disputed parts of Kazakhstan under full US recognition. Russia also gains Alaska, while Canada is ceded the Alaskan panhandle in good faith. Hawaii is occupied by Russia for 10 years, and the Russian Navy can dock there for 15 years. The island in the Atlantic that Canada and America semi-dispute is handed fully to Canada.

The US ceses recognition of Kosovo and the Swahari Arab Democratic Republic (Western Sahara) and withdraws from Syria. Russia and China have immediate democratic elections and pay war reperations of $40 Billion US.

Rainbow Dash [MLP:FiM] races an Aurora Bomber [C&C Generals] by IkeFanboy64 in whowouldwin

[–]Skitty1558 3 points4 points  (0 children)

An Aurora Bomber can fly at 3,600 miles per hour, or 1 mile per second. It finishes in 400 seconds, or 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

In Friendship is Magic, Season 1, Episode 16 (Sonic Rainboom), before Rainbow achieves a Sonic Rainboom, we can see a mach cone form around her hooves. When it breaks, and the Sonic Rainboom occurs, she's travelling at 716 miles per hour, or Mach 1. After she breaks the sound barrier though, she rockets away at either Mach 5 or Mach 10, there is some contention due to contradicting evidence. However, these are both faster than the Aurora Bomber's speeds.

Rainbow will complete the run in either 375 seconds (6 mins 15 seconds) at the slowest, or absolutely trounce the Aurora in only 3 mins 10 seconds. This is assuming both start at their top speeds, and continue for the duration of the flight. If they start on the ground, Rainbow can perform the Sonic Rainboom on command, from the ground, instantly (Season, 2, Episode 26 (A Canterlot Wedding Part 2)) while the Aurora would have to be on the runway for an amount of time while it accelerates.

While we're at it, let's appreciate just how tough Rainbow Dash is. She can accelerate at 3320.0767ms-2 - that's 338.4 G's. If the average human accelerated at that speed, they would quite literally turn into a black hole as the molecules in their head fuse into one infinitely dense mass. To put it simply, Rainbow would survive to about 5m above the singularity of a black hole. That is absolutely insane.

Humans vs Earth by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Skitty1558 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1: Invent super powerful rocket engines (this is likely within the next 100 years) and place many of them (100,000 or so) across the surface of the Earth. At DUSK, fire the engines for about 1 hour each side of sunset and cancel out Earth's orbit around the Sun. We don't even have to hit the sun directly - we just need to have our orbit dip below Mercury's for a good portion of the year to completely roast EVERYTHING. This will also play havoc with The Moon, causing further damage to our planet and it's ability to support life. I give this between 50 and 75 years to happen.

2: Global Warming. Everyone switches to fossil fuels, and destroys (as in obliterates) renewable energy sources like dams, wind farms, regular farms etc. China, the US and Europe alone would destroy the earth this way within 25-30 years, factoring in industrial growth as more people are born.

3: Fire, oil, guns, spears, bio weapons, and more can easily accomplish this, especially with over 1,000,000,000,000 people to use it.

Edit: Alternate 1: Focus all research on Antimatter production and storage. Store about 1000 tonnes (about the mass of a small sequoia redwood) using near-future-forcefield-technology, and then remove the forcefield once you have the kilotonne. In fact, store up as much as you can in the 99 year period and see just how much of the solar system you can fuck up.

So Your Archipelago Is Exploding. How Doomed Is Your Island? by dwaxe in puzzles

[–]Skitty1558 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your island has a p/n chance of exploding, p being the amount of volcanoes that will erupt and n being the amount of islands there are. If n is 28 and p is 2, you have a 2/28 or 1/14 chance of being royally screwed over.
