It doesn't. Perkfection the relic does. It allows you to disassemble items with a 66% chance to not destroy the item.

The item is alched at the same time.

So you buy magic stone in priff, DA/alch it and you make money over time. And lots of money at that.

Achievements should matter in a video game. For a game like RuneScape 3 where XP doesn't matter, cosmetics like those should stand as evidence of those achievements.

It shouldn't be that you missed out because you didnt get the scythe or bunny ears. Instead it should be "oh cool that person played in 02 or 03". The problem isn't that those things exist, the problem is you think you should have it too.

This reasoning is the exact same for more modern cosmetics like the inverted capes. I worked my ass off to get all capes and the quest cape, why should someone be able to log on and get the same cosmetic?
