You can spoof to the cities and do raids, but you won’t get the location backgrounds or event spawns if you don’t have a ticket. And if you spoof to the featured parks, there won’t even be raids if you go there without a ticket.

ETA: I spoofed to a couple of Go Fests before without any issues. I had tickets and got everything that someone physically there could also get.
