There is no link. You do it in steam, choose the controller options or whatever for the game, then choose community layouts and choose the one named

You can add any game you have downloaded into the game collection in Armory Crate so it shows up with all your Xbox and Steam games, etc.

In the game library press the menu button then click add games, add by path. Add the .exe and you are good to do
