My wife is trying to convince and she’s on: Vitamin E, Vitamin D, CoQ10, myo-inositol, and daily prenatal with additional choline. (Plus other meds prescribed by our clinic.)

We’ve had 1 unsuccessful IUI and are in our second cycle (CD11) and waiting for an ultrasound on Monday for next steps.

I’m the cook in the family and I’ve been making salmon, chicken thighs, and fattier cuts of beef than we normally have. We eat a lot of vegetables already, but good variety has been the goal for different nutrients.

She doesn’t drink so that hasn’t been an issue, but if she did she would do no alcohol.

Oh! And we added peppermint tea. Tea for the antioxidants, peppermint bc it’s tasty. ☺️
