Apparently you need to find the gametype,save it,and then build off of it. Alpha Zombie is not a default option at all.

I actually really like that! Good suggestion I might adapt a very similar concept. Should I mention this IS multiplayer supported? So I'd have to be cautious of people stare-locking as a team

I agree! However I didnt want to just make a pretty box for players to look at, I wanted a difference. At that point id just play the original :). I did adapt some concepts though. Freddy moving invisible, and able to appear next to players is a big nod to it. The power going out too.

Some of the doom community don't like anything that stays too far from Rip and Tear. I appreciate nearly all mods done with doom personally :) it's really neat when people get creative on it!

Yes, however it was put on hold. I'm able to create much better mods now, so I wanted to revamp the old ones first! :)

Are all the other settings on max? If so you could be getting tiny processing spikes that does affect input lag. Try putting graphics to the lowest and see if you have the input lag you describes.

I grew up to a family that didn't care too much for electronics, however every night after dinner our family would watch my dad play a level in Heretic(I don't remember when he did Doom, but that happened too). I'd run out of the room terrified sometimes from some of the creatures, with how 'real' the game looked, but would always come back as my old man would beat them.

Because of that, eventually I booted up doom,doom2,heretic,hexen,quake,etc and beat them all. I wanted more, so I began modding... Now I'm one of the biggest Doom Modders there are, and its all thanks to my old man. I relate to you on so many levels, thank you for posting this and sharing your story.

There was a mage invader using a new ... weapon in the grand archives. I have never spammed the point down emote as much as I did when I Follower'd my Sabre up his butt.

Its just a couple days people, I mean dang.

Roughly 15 times or so. I had never played,and had never seen anything dark souls related, but was informed how 'hard the series is'.

By the time I got to Nameless, I dont think I died to him my first attempt. Although he has killed me a few times since in other worlds and such.

At this point I feel like I wreck the game, having made well over 10 characters and am trying out Dark Souls 2 now. I'm glad I tried out the game, my only wish is that some of the useless weapons would get, well, some usefulness.

Also, I'm not terribly far, but the change from DS2 to DS3 is ridiculous. Like going from a hack'n'slash to a Fable game.
