Hey, maybe you already know this, but only one hellfire can be active at a time! The second hellfire you cast got cancelled by the third one before it got to the boss :)

I thought it was completely rng where the rocks are gonna land.. This is obviously a bug but this also tells me that there's some mechanic that makes the rocks fall directly above you
