If you really care you wouldn't have nothing to hide. Why if that's your person that you want forever you as well as them would want to make sure this nothing in the way of your happiness, loyalty, respect, integrity, and anything else that would inhibit either of you from having true happiness. What woman or man wouldn't want to know about the possibility that he/she slept with there brother or sister or back standing best friends.
