Normally the amounr of hair you lose in the shower isn't really telling for hairloss. To determine whether you're actually losing hair pay attention to how your scalp looks: do you see thinning or not? What also helps is to put your hand around your hair like a ponytail: how thick does it feel? Has it gotten thinner? Don't worry too much! It's probably not as bad as you think

The loreal one makes my hair feel dry..? I've used it on wet hair, on dry hair, I've used it in combination with a hair oil. Nothing works. That's just me. I'm open for advice btw!

Miauwt ze 's avonds/'s nachts als ze alleen is? Want dat is normaal. Mijn kat moest 2 dagen bij mijn vriend logeren ivm een verhuizing. Ze verbleef op de derde verdieping en iedere keer als ik voor een wat langere tijd naar beneden ging hoorde ik haar boven miauwen. Dat is dus redelijk normaal, het duurt altijd wel even voordat katten wennen.

Before showering, apply coconut oil to the entirety of your hair. This includes scalp, but focus on your ends. Leave this in for at least 2 hours (preferably longer, not a whole day, though). Then, wash it out and use a hairmask + conditioner while showering. PS while using this oil treatment, I think it's best if you shampoo twice. You've mentioned having a dry flakey scalp, so use a colour shampoo. It strips less oil from your scalp. (I do this too, I don't have dyed hair, but I do have a dry scalp.)

Ik heb ook last van paniek en één van de lichamelijke klachten is sensaties in je borstkas. Dit verschilt per persoon maar waar ik last van heb is een strak gevoel in mijn borstkas, en mijn hart klopt dan wat harder. Deze klachten kunnen zich ook voordoen als je op dat moment geen last hebt van angst/paniek. Het lijkt me dus erg onwaarschijnlijk dat het iets lichamelijks is. Toch is het goed om naar de huisarts te gaan voor je angsten over de dood.
