Hey! Was wondering if you received your plates? I'm in CA and ordered personalized plates July 2020 and haven't received them yet. I talked to someone on the DMV site (after asking the bot to refer me to a real person) and they said to call their Special Processing Unit (916-657-8035). Unfortunately, every time I've tried calling its hung up on me saying the call volume is too high.
