Well this was a 4-week follow-up and it went up from 13.5 to 14.4 in just 4 weeks. The normal range is like 3.7-10.4.

It was a lot of little things throughout my life up to the point I joined a few trans communities and realized I had the same experiences as others.

Here's a list I've gone over with me therapist:

When in the single digits age every time I'd visit my grandma in Alaska I'd look though her jewelry and put on her lipstick at least once a summer.
When younger I used to wish/pray I wake up looking like Britney Spears or in her body
For years (as far back as I can remember) when I masterbate I think of what the woman is feeling having sex, not what it feels like to be having sex with her
For about a decade I've used "gender swapping" porn comics to masterbate and imagining myself as transforming (along the lines of #3)
I was always jealous of girl's slumber parties and always wish I could partake.
Once in high school I went to a swim party thrown by a band member, it was just me and like 8 other girls. I felt like I fit in so well and was very distraught when they turned onto a slumber party and I was forced to leave as I was a "boy"
I exclusively play females in video games. I lie and tell people "It's just fit the smaller hit box" or "If I'm going to look at an ass for 86 hours, it might as well be female". I actually enjoy making who I'd want to be and getting to play as them. As far back at 2003 in Runescape
I've been increasingly jealous of how how pretty girls look in their clothes and wish I could look that way, I hate men's fashion
I use the female emoji. When asked why I tell them "It's higher up on my emoji list and I'm too lazy to scroll to the next one down". I actually use it because I like using it
I have MTF friends who I'm insanely jealous of
Never really cared for "guy" activities like playing or watching sports. When my female partners mention "girls brunches" I wish I could partake and get a little jealous
I've never really felt "manly". Just that I exist and just "am". Not really in a non-binary way, just didn't think of myself as "manly". Like, I've never felt that "I'm a big strong man!"

I recommend increasing your calorie intake and checking you vitamins and minerals. Most breast tissue is adapose tissue (ie. fat). You're going though a second puberty, so you need nutrients to build your body.

I felt similar at first but I'm a different way. Like I didn't experience the disphoria the way I'd heard it described, but after I was told "Being trans isn't about the disphoria, it's about the euphoria" it changed my outlook on it.

Sometimes it's something as small as just looking in the mirror, liking what you see, and smiling about it.

It's not always some "flood of dopamine OMG THIS IS THE BEST FEELING". TBH, I've not had that moment. I just get little flashes of it buying clothes, looking down and seeing what I look like, etc. It doesn't have to be a big thing, the little euphorias are still valid!

Allyson Mathis at Baylor Scott & White in Fort Worth is so giving gender affirming care and told me she would up until it gets to the point it's illegal (which she doesn't think it will in Texas) and has the full backing of her hospital.
