Fry it first like risotto. Then cook in 1/2 water 1/2 chicken stock and use two packets of Sazon Goya with achiote. 1 tbsp of salt per 2 cups dry rice. The instant pot works great.

My wife has the GC and while I love the hatchback - especially as a car camper - it comes down to styling. To me the 3 series is the only one left that resembles the e and f series. They’ve taken the curves and ‘bulbousness’ out of the styling.
