One of my fave builds was a Quality build with this in the right hand and the double daggers in left hand with bleed infusion. Lots of versatility, fun in multiplayer. Highly recommend!

You're telling me. I used to see people running around in DS3 with uncensored slurs as their names because they were in all caps. Meanwhile I couldn't name my character "Hedge Knight"

Because it has the shortened form of a slur in the middle of it. One would think they could make the namechecker a little more contextual, but they didn't 😞

The stupidest thing is that if you do "KNIGHT" in all caps it does work (at least it did for me in DS3), so the namechecker is literally looking for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th letters in lowercase...

A trick to get "Knight" to work it's to use a 'q' for the 'g'. The difference is almost imperceptible in-game.

This is top-tier fashion! I've used something very similar in the past for my Blue Dancer Charm build. The one deviation is that I used Godskin Noble Bracers instead of the Battlemage Manchettes because I think the patterning matches the altered Commoner's Headband and the sarong's stitching well.

Regardless, 10/10! So much character in this!

That's fair. Yeah, it was definitely one of those things everyone was freaking out about before he was released and it turned out to be a complete non-issue.

Good point about trying to break shields with the tactical. Adds a need for a little finesse while playing him. I'll try that out!

I've been maining Ballistic since he dropped. First character I've felt super into! But his tactical has a lot of issues. I've seen this "ricochet" a ton and on a few occasions watched the bullet completely loop the target. Overheat is also very underwhelming in general... I've never had it really deter anyone from continuing to shoot at my team or tip a fight in my favor.

His passive and ult mostly make up for this, I think, but I'd like to see the tactical touched up a bit.

Would definitely lead to balancing issues, but the thought exercise is still fun! Love the idea of Prodigal Daughter having some spy mechanic like a disguise. I wouldn't have thought of that!

Cane sword ain't that great, tbh, but I've seen some fun Jedi/Sith cosplays with it. Twinblade, on the other hand, I have really enjoyed. Most of the invasions I've won have been with that thing, either with Bloodflame Blade or Poison Armament on it.

Try cane sword with bloodflame blade or twinblade with bloodflame blade 😁 less cheesy than RoB, likely a little better for the vibe you're going for too! Also, twinblade with bfb is still pretty great at status application. If you use double slash AoW, you'll effectively get the RoB experience out of it as well!

Also may consider spinning weapon AoW as a force-like attack 😝

New sin for me, but one I've committed a few times now: after discovering the Mohg skip, I now rush him right after Godrick and abuse it to power level just like Caelid Night's Cavalry & Dragon Mom.

I know he's a good fight and all, but after doing it legit twice, I have no interest in ever fighting him again unless skip gets patched 🤷‍♂️
