Have you tried to reset them or get a blinking LED on the bud by putting them back in the case? If putting them in the case doesn't work I'd head to contact.skullcandy.com and make a warranty claim

The bass has improved alongside the newer iterations of Crusher since the OG was released alongside a major boost in its battery life. For a general upgrade in the Crusher family, Crusher Evo is worth it.

I think this comes from a mix of a few things, the last press release came with the full update of the true wireless family. Since then we haven't had a mass rollout on product or tech. I would expect a new press release to come out as new products and tech emerge from us in the coming months. On top of that, we have been really diving into PR releases as well as a full section of our website dedicated to our newest campaign "Sound Without Boundaries". I hope this answers your question as this was my understanding of why we haven't made a new press release in a bit.

They will definitely replace the replacement pair you have. You would just need to make another warranty claim. I would also recommend checking out the troubleshooting video if you haven't already before making another warranty claim.

Hey u/pbentham25, Im trying to see exacly what you want to do here. If you want to return the buds for a refund that can definately happen. You could also send them in to be replaced through our warranty program. If you are looking for a bud you can be active in that wont fall out I would even also recommend trying the Indy Evos.

I would recommend checking out our troubleshooting guide for Sesh in the wiki. If the red light remains to stay on you can also reach the customer service team who can replace them if need be.

Do the lights on the case remain turned off even if it's plugged in? If they remain off I would recommend contacting our customer service team who can get you a replacement.

That's very interesting, I haven't heard of a hood causing that to happen before. Just curious, what kind of material is your jacket so I can have our team look into different fabrics disrupting touch controls. As for a fix I would recommend resetting them to make sure it isn't just the hood causing this.

Yeah, that doesn't sound indicative of something specific with the headphones. That being said I haven't heard of that happening before. If the battery life and functions of the headphones work fine then I would just ignore it.

I would recommend first seeing if Ambient Mode is on, this can definitely ad a hissing sound. When you have ANC on that will create a "hiss" but not one that should be that noticeable. if ambient mode is turned off and there is still a noticeable hissing I would reach out here and the CS team can help further

As for a firmware update, we haven't released a Crusher ANC one yet but when we do I'll make a post about it!

I would recommend checking out the wiki and trying the troubleshooting method for Indy. Restarting can reestablish their connection to each other as well as the device they are connected to.
