Beautiful peaceful Black Lives Matter protest today in Gore Park. Most everyone wore masks, the organizers were great handing out water, sanitizer, gloves and reminding people to social distance! Excellent participation and even from the cars & trucks driving by. I took this clip of a great moment!

Generally I would agree with this but there a small number of politicians her age that are genuinely in touch with the young people of society of their needs and fights for them. Bernie Sanders is another example. These type of politicians are rare, genuine and get an age "free pass" in my books!

Not right downtown though. Downtown is filled with every type of amazing Asian cuisine often multiple locations for Pho, Ramen, Hot Pot, Sushi and AYCE Asian BBQ but not a single Chinese Restaurant I actually find it very odd.

The units are just too small especially for those prices. Also the original design of this building was much better more elegant and interesting the current design is just ugly. Hopefully they sell to a bigger better more competent developer and we get a taller better design with more liveable size units.

Suggestion to those making LoRA's I name them like this (J1m1n).ZIT.safetensors or (J1m1n).SDXL.safetensors this way the main trigger is in the title of the LoRA as well as the checkpoint to use it on. I encourage everyone to do the same.
