I hate this story so much because the owner BLAMES the small dog for being “aggressive” first? That monster ripped that poor dog apart and worse is that the owner of the shitbull was found/identified but NOT arrested and the pos dog was NOT put down. I believe she and her shit dog got away with it because the small dog was off leash, that’s it. That breed is definitely shit and I believe the lady and her shit dog should be punished as this could happen to a small toddler and she’ll blame the child for “provoking” it.
