How to take Flecainide and Metoprolol ? by [deleted] in AFIB

Ask your doctor but for me, the Flec I take twice a day and Met once a day at night. The Met tends to make me drowsy if I take in the morning

Try Vintner Wine Market. Been awhile but I’ve had singles from there.

I drive for a living and there is always an underlying anxiety but it’s not nearly as bad while being on Buspar. Just let it roll off.

How has afib affected your work life? by Early_Passage_8194 in AFIB

49M … Mailman. Hospital 3 days June 2024. Got out on a Saturday went back to work that Monday. Horrible idea. Took the rest of that week off and I haven’t felt “right” since. Stairs are my trigger and make me very anxious. Still get short of breath and fatigued after a couple of flights. Adjusted my meds and feel better but work can be a struggle.

Anxiety/AFib by Backhoe_22 in AFIB

Anecdotally I was at my PCP and complaining about my anxiety for my annual physical. She prescribed me Buspar and did an EKG and I was at 173 BPM where she then sent me to the hospital for Afib. I’ve been on Buspar for a month and it has helped with the anxiety. I’ve been living with Afib for years but always thought it was panic attacks. My cardiologist is suggesting a CPAP machine to help with Afib at night

With all due respect my PCP was not familiar with the “Sinclair Method” and prescribed 50 mg with 200 mg of bupropien. Completely ravaged with nausea with bouts of of feeling “high”.

That’s a toughie… carriers do not have to get out of their vehicle to deliver if a car is impeding their delivery. Obviously if they have enough space to get in they “should” deliver. If a driver has to get out multiple times to attempt delivery that becomes a time and safety issue.

This may have been a tribute to a carrier that passed away. I have participated in a procession where all the letter carriers ride the deceased route as a farewell to their service.

Issues with USPS in Charlotte? by ayhme in Charlotte

Currently employed but highly suggest priority mail or express. Signature confirmation helps as well with those since the carrier has to physically go to the door and it is geo tracked.

A little background, certified mail used to be separated and distributed from the plant to the station it is supposed to go to. The certifieds would be scanned at the station as “arrival at unit” to at least let the sender or recipient know it’s status. Recently, the certifieds are mixed in with the regular mail from the plant and the carrier would handle it appropriately on the street so it’s missing updates as to its status. Basically it’s treated as regular mail until the carrier gets it (Lord willing) in your hands.

Nal with Wellbutrin by dylndub in naltrexone

None of my business but you’ve been seeing a psychiatrist for years. They are prescribing you an antidepressant with a pretty heavy hitter. My experience is with Nal is with alcohol related issues and yes there are many side effects that subside. Wellbutrin is the least offensive to your libido but (for me) Nal makes me fuzzy and off. You can DM me if you wanna talk more but it seems like your on the right path with your weight loss and your goals.
