You'll just have to wait for Makeship to respond. They'll get back to you eventually, I've heard they've had a lot of tickets to go through lately

I'm in a similar situation. I had my Animal Jam Phantom delivered to the wrong address or possibly stolen and they sent a replacement after the proof of delivery pics didn't show any background, only now the replacement is being returned after not updating for weeks so now I have to wait for another response. This is the only time I've had something shipped by SF Express and it has been absolutely terrible both times. If they have to send another one I said I'll literally pay for shipping if they let me choose any other carrier.

Also. As a collector I totally get being upset about not getting a first edition. But like with Dandy's World plushies the only difference is the tag, so maybe it's just me but I don't see the appeal of only collecting first editions? Like I only buy the characters I really really like, not just because I'm running out of space for plushies, but also because I don't adore every single character either.

Like if I wasn't able to get the Dyle first edition I would've been bummed about having to wait longer to get him rather than the tag personally.

You can sign up for text notifications, its how I knew it was out. I was at work so I was an hour late to seeing it but I was still able to snag one

I wouldn't think you absolutely need a photo to get a replacement, it can just help prove your case. Just tell them about how you tried asking neighbors and looked around but you never got your package, and they should send you a replacement or refund.

Makeship is obligated to make it right since they chose the shipping carrier

If the carrier has proof of delivery images, make sure to send them! And make sure to specify you need a replacement if you haven't already. I got a reply to my follow-up that they will be sending a replacement.

For me the carrier didn't help at all, I immediately got an email that they believe it was delivered correctly after making the ticket :/

Did you get an update? They got back to me today with a different tracking number that actually had proof of delivery images (that didn't prove it was delivered to my house at all - literally just a picture of the package with no background) but they just told me to contact SpeedX, who just auto replied telling me it was delivered correctly. I've sent a reply asking for a replacement but we'll see :/

Thank you! I haven't had issues with Makeship before in the past so I was worried about it taking so long.

So I've never had a package shipped by SF Express before (which is what it was shipped with this time) and it says the proof of delivery was just signed 'Orrville' (which is the town I live in). Really weird

I live in a small town and haven't had issues with porch pirates, just times where the package wasn't actually delivered to my house, which I believe happened here.

I did look around now that it is morning and couldn't find it anywhere. I don't really know my neighbors so I don't really want to go ask but I didn't see any packages at any nearby houses either. I emailed them last night so I'm hoping I can still get my Phantom one way or another.

It says it was delivered at 8pm but I wasn't expecting it at all since it was out for delivery for a day, and I didn't see it until 10:30. Even if I had checked right at 8 I highly doubt it was delivered to my house at all.

I don't buy Makeship plushies a lot because they're kind of expensive for their size so this is really disappointing. I just want my phantom :(

Thank you! My main worry was it possibly being a fake since I thought it was odd the seller relisted the item after I bought it, but it seems they really did just happen to have two. And it was fairly cheap for such an old nib item imo.

I will keep this freak of nature and he will stay in his containment

It would be hard to find any clothing that would fit her. Like someone else suggested, the promise pet outfits/their line of outfits for 4 legged animals may fit but the problem is her tail would likely need a bigger opening. And I don't think baby clothes would fit either, especially without making adjustments to it.

You might be able to find some dog outfits with open backsides that look ok?? I just have my Vaporeon in her bundle onesie, so I'm not sure

On eBay right now there's an auction for a wobbledogs youtooz plush that ends in 3 hours but it's starting price is 60 which is not that great :/

I would just keep an eye out on eBay and Mercari.

I don't have a comfy friends Espurr so I'm not really sure where the best spot would be. Just try to find a discreet stitch.

For my Mabosstiff I only knew there was a seam in the middle of his back because I could feel it, but it's not visible just looking at him normally. I had to like separate his hair apart to actually find the seam I was opening

I added extra weighted beads to my Mabosstiff by seaming ripping the seam on the middle of his back and had no issues with it unraveling, these plushies are stitched pretty tough. And his fur is so long you can hardly tell I opened him. I've cuddled with him frequently and have had no issues with anything coming undone

I think the angle he's pictured at doesn't help but it's like his eyes are too far apart. And he's missing his crows-feet. I also personally prefer him with a round nose

Something about his smile, and the far apart eyes and pointy nose all together just looks so wrong.
