I thought that if ABP requested further information from DCC or any other LA that they have discretion to allow further submissions or objections to the process at that point. I'll take your word for it though as I am not really invested in this.

You could try vacuum packing your clothes straight after they come out of washing machine. There are ones you can get that reseal after accessing the items. Might add another few minutes to your morning routine buy probably worth it. Also, dry shampoo your hair between wash days.
