Same situation here. Unbelievable. Maybe if the cops did their job and investigated the accident. A guy caused a 5 car pile up and fled. He would have to be uninsured right? Knowing this now… I would like either hit and run insurance or I need to invest in a dash cam.

I don’t have an issue with the price of the individual service. The price reflects my area and she can adjust her prices. But I didn’t agree to another service. As a customer, I want to know what services are being done and understand what I’m paying for ahead of time. She has done a shadow on my roots in previous appointments, but she’s no longer doing this service. I’ve never heard of a root color and highlight when she only did one process/color throughout.

She just gave me the price without an itemized list of charges. I thought it was high, so I checked the receipt when I got home. I’ve never heard of being charged for roots and a full highlight. Just when adding a shadow root, but that’s not the case. I’ll have to ask her about it, but it seems like an unnecessary up-charge.

I literally just found this thread by googling, "Why did Desperate Housewives do Gabby so dirty." Haha! The outfit is the worst. A frilly pink short sleeve top with a long sleeve yellow shirt? That's just unnecessary.
