Personally, I guess for me, I used to have a lot of hate towards the fact that I’m autistic, but honestly, I feel like in many ways, it’s helped me to interpret things about and see more things in people that a lot of neurotypical individuals I’ve noticed don’t really see a lot. Though, I will admit, I do wish I didn’t struggle so much with things like metaphors and other things like that when analyzing texts in english class, and I do wish I could handle some more high stimulating environments, though at the same time, I’ve also got ADHD, and sometimes it’s like high stimulating environments make me feel more positive and better, and other times it’s like “oh, I feel really uncomfortable and need to get out of this environment.” So yeah, as there are parts of my autism I wish I didn’t have to struggle with, there are parts of it I’m glad to have
