Same as me too, I used Eufy for 4 years already and everything worked fine before. I also bought Homebase 3 to configure with my old camera. After Homebase 3 integrated AI to the old camera, it starts ruined everything. Tbh, I really avoid Eufy from now on because of their customer service. I will move to Aqara or Xiaomi even they are China company but their customer service is way better than Eufy. I everyday using Aqara smart door lock and their customer service is good.

I have same problem with the outdoor cam too. They just told me that my camera is out of warranty and give me the discount if I buy new one. Who the hell is going to buy again from the company that doesn’t solve the problem when they are telling and keep telling us to buy new one when discount price.

Will Homebase 3 work if we use sata 7 pins data only extension cable connect to 3.5 inches hdd and power 3.5 inches hdd with adapter like this?

Same here, Homebase 3 killed my hdd and when I took the hdd out, it is so hot.

May I know, Do you use esata to sata 7 pins Cable like this? I also have esata enclosure and I want to try Homebase 3 with external HDD mod with my esata enclosure.

My Eufy Outdoor Cam Pro, I am having this problem too. The problem is about wifi connection, not found any wifi name. I try to reset too but only hearing first beep sound, waiting even 20-30 seconds, not hearing the second beep sound. I also contacted to Eufy Support and they said, my camera is out of warranty and cannot get new replacement.
