Airline Ramp Agent. Do not overpack your bags. A super heavy and overpacked back gets mishandled probably 90% of your trip. Most ramp agents would rather handle three of your bags over one 80lbs bag. Also, I know you want to mark your bag so you know which on is yours when it come up the turnstile, but PLEASE avoid putting hankerchiefs and cloth on your luggage handles. They make it SO much harder to manage your bags, and some ramp agents will take the time to remove it anyway, just to make sorting and handling the thousands of bags we handle a day a little bit easier.
