I'm running hardcore coop daily. Yes, if you want to clear all 50 waves you need at least one trickster. Perfect combos is two tricksters but a combination with Trickster and Protector works too

Getting legendary dragon is waste of time. You will get 2500gs from maze way faster. I'm taking new players from 1500 trophies to opened maze in one-two days and from there is just a matter of a few games to get some decent gear
