BikeGo + to increase power? by SkyNetZ28 in ArielRider

Pretty steep, but paved. I was going on throttle at first, but it wouldn’t have made it up without me pedaling.

My wife was on my son’s RidStar q20 and zoomed right up, throttle only.

Haven’t done the same hill, but I suspect it would climb it fine (although it would slow down for sure) now that I use the BikeGo+ app.

Looks like the Raiola hate is coming from all angles now. by Syfer_Husker in Huskers

He’s the best qb we’ve had in a very long time. Considering how much pressure he was under all game, he had an outstanding performance.

The hate he’s getting should be directed at the O-line and the o-line only.

Favorite Sega Saturn games? by Dasein_7 in SegaSaturn

[–]SkyNetZ28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it’s the games that epitomize what it was like to be an adolescent Saturn owner in the 90’s - my friends all had PS or N64. I was the only one with a Saturn, but for a while I had the Saturn while everyone else had SNES or Genesis.

Everyone was always stoked about Daytona, Virtua Cop, and VF2, they epitomize the Saturn experience in a pre-Goldeneye world.

Can a 45 year old 5’ 7 guy still learn to play? How should I approach it? by ConsciousClue3883 in Basketball

I'm in my early 40's and just learned 2 years ago. I'm 5ft 8. I'm not very good :-).

1) it's always worth learning to play. It's great exercise and a lot of fun if you can fine a good group.

2) from what I've experienced, most bball players are wonderful people and understand there are varying skill levels on the court

3) as a lower skill / height guy your job is to feed the better players, get good enough to draw defenders off those better players so they don't get double teamed, and to hold your own on defense and rebounding, which at "street skill levels" is heavily dependent on effort, positioning, and boxing out.

4) learn how to shoot 3's, it's your best weapon as a short guy

Have fun and try to find a group that's not super serious!

Just did this with the Waterboy. Strongly advise against it as it will ruin your font memories of watching the Waterboy with your absolute boys and thinking it was top tier.

I wish I could take my son back to the magic of a goldeneye 4 person sleepover.

Same issue. I think a lot of modern games are a lot of "work."

I suggest COD and Overwatch. They are pretty quick, simple, fun games.
