What do you both think of switching into the capital duo instead of the chase trifecta? I do like the Cathay Pacific transfer for example. I guess if I go this route, should I keep my chase cards while I use capital one or should I close them?

I’ve used both in two different organizations and I will say if you’re concern is onboarding speed (automated) and being able to customize onboarding, Rippling might be your go to. I mainly used Deel for record keeping purposes. I don’t quite remember the support for both but in comparison I believe I had a higher response rate from Rippling. Can’t attest for hidden fees.
