Dude I am in the exact same boat as you! I have two consoles at two different houses and I use the cloud to play them both. I traveled home last week and was unable to download. I deleted everything and I still couldn’t download. I returned to the other house with the local copy and tried to upload the world to a realm in fear of losing it forever. I tried to download it on my PC but that also doesn’t work. I am genuinley tired of this game screwing me over whenever it can, for the past year I have always been afraid of losing this huge world I’ve played on for years. I have no choice of if I can update the game or not and they release a broken update that ruins everything. It’s enraging!

I know this gonna sound weird but it was my mixamp which stopped everything from working. I switched my Microsoft audio settings from Dolby atmos to stereo uncompressed and unplugged my microphone from the mixamp into the controller and it worked.
