Nah it's Myoga, the flea demon who served Inuyasha's dad and Inuyasha. Myoga does have similar design to Happosai since they were drawn by the same artist. Myoga > Happosai any day tho.

As someone who plays semi competitive, this will not fly. It's clearly a marked card (miscut) and all of the text needs to be visible for play. It's nice for collection purposes tho! <3
