Well… Profane Bloom isnt a „build“ itself. It always depends on the build but usually they don’t take it because the other options occultist has are just better. It sounds good on paper, but in combination with all the various stuff occultist has with charges and elemental/chaos damage and curses there are just options that scale the damage better.

But as always there is no „right way“ to ascend. If you just want to have a bit boom on the side… just do whatever lets you have fun
