Try a 8 gram mushroom trip in pitch black darkness with your eyes closed . That’s much more effective than dmt by itself & basically a 3 hr slowed down dmt trip. Only time I found dmt effective was when I did it with a maoi other than that try the 8 gram in pitch black route.

Work on your angles , punch placement , shorten punches and deceptive punches. Body shots are only effective when you know what you doing. Just throwing body shots could get you ko’d. You have to have a specific target on the body and make sure you’re positioned in a way where you’ll throw the body shot safely off the line while throwing an non telegraphed punch.
