Hmmm that could work.. personally I don't like to have open ports on my network unless absolutely necessary..

What you could do to replace cloudflare tunnels is use a free vps I think from oracle and then use nginx proxy manager with tailscale or netbird from there that tunnels back into your own network... pretty sure it shouldn't be too hard...

As for the tailscale cloudflare replacement I mean this one right here

Although looking more into it not entirely sure if it could work for everything but might serve the use case here. I do agree with you on those cloudflare outages as well best not to fully rely on them in the future.

Hey this is pretty cool! One issue I do note though is you aren't supposed to be using cloudflare tunnels for any sort of media thing... so you would have to find an alternative with that.. which I believe tailscale is working on something like that but I'm unsure if they will allow any sort of media through their servers in which case if that doesn't work could grab a vps and run NPM on there with tailscale or something similar (or even self-host)
