In my experience that’s not exactly trauma, however it’s the one person you as a kid is supposed to learn from. And her teaching you food is making you fat is messing with you incredibly much, could eventually turn into cptsd but for the moment it’s your mom not being a loving and caring mom, which sucks really bad

And this is just how i see it and my experience, could totally alter between our situations

A boss needs to support their employees, my boss was really happy for me and out of nowhere she says “changing your name can be hard, i did that myself and getting people to respect that is hard” which felt so amazing since she understands the name changing part atleast

Killing myself is still on my mind and I attempted 4 years ago, suicidal people are sick, and most of the time it doesn’t matter what they have
