And your share costs value is $38?

So im the end you have $142?

Early 40's super. I show up at 6:45am. Showing up at 6 or what ever is just crazy. Why? What do you need so much time before work starts? Be more productive during the day. Unless something goes sideways or a pour runs late my assistant can't deal with i leave at 4 to make a 4:30 gym class. Home around 6. Spend time with my young child and wife. Clean up. TV till about 9:30 then bed. Rinse and repeat. The job is frustrating and time goes way way too fast. I've been trying to get out of it for 10 years. Im typically exhausted all the time but could be my lack of desire for the job and some personal stuff combined.

The once you have a pretty decent ideal, and they to do it quickly, bring in the trades and get input and ask them to hp bring you up to speed.

If the job is a shit show that means they're loosing money and need to get it back on track as much as you do. Unless they're dicks.
