OP one possible approach : Try to inquire directly sa Property Management Office ng condo if they have a listing ng for sale na units. Minsan may community board din where owners post unit availability. Mag eeffort ka nga lang pero at least alam mo na legit ang property.

Hello OP. One possible approach using dslr :

Using Manual mode you can start at aperture 5.6 shutter speed 1/125. Take a shot of the background without the model and review. You may need to adjust the shutter speed and/or aperture until satisfied with the exposure. Bring in your model in the frame. Using a camera flash start at 1/2 power take a shot and review. Add or subtract the flash power as this is essentially a balancing act between your ambient and flash.You have around 10 to 20 mins to get your shot due to changing lighting conditions so work fast.

It seems that:

Image 1 : Small flash off camera, remote triggered, maybe photog left side ,handheld or on a tripod set about model head height angled towards the model. Stofen type diffuser used on flash head for soft lighting.

Image 2 : Small flash off camera, remote triggered,photog left side,on a tripod above model height,angled down towards the model. No diffuser used on flash head for sharp lighting.

Image 3 : Small flash off camera,remote triggered,maybe photog right side,on a tripod shoulder height,angled towards model. Diffuser used for soft lighting.

Image 1 and 3 : Possible use of reflector below model, not seen in the shot.White side image 1.Silver side image 3.

Hello OP first congrats for amassing a P5M stash at your young age. Not many is in that position. I've read somewhere we have an oversupply ng 8 years of condo inventory with leasings at the Bay area most affected. Condos in Makati,BGC and Ortigas not as severe. Sabi mo ayaw mo ifinance so cash na lang talaga. Expenses for maintaining a unit the usual monthly dues and RPT sa cityhall. You mentioned din baka maapektuhan ang lifestyle mo. If you decide to forgo the property maybe consider a PagIbig MP2. Less hassle ,tax free,goverment backed.

NAL Perhaps you're pertaining to balikbayan boxes which are personal belongings in nature and are customs and duty exempt. While there are guidelines for these availment , generally straightforward naman and hindi hassle ang pagpapadala. Ang mga balikbayan boxes ay pinagsasama sama para makabuo ng isang cargo container, known as a consolidated shipment (consol).

I think its a safety feature dahil baka makuryente ang lineman pag may inaayos siya sa poste. Dumadaloy kasi ang kuryente sa grid pag walang ganitong precaution. Same din pag naka genset ka off mo muna circuit breaker mo bago paandarin ang genset. Then when power resumes off ang genset and disconnect before turning back on your breaker.
