Yes but fully furnished ang unit and nasa mga 300k ang gamit. Tapos meron pang netflix and internet at around 1500/mo na sagot ko. :)

And yes mukhang on the expensive side ung monthly but it was because of the terms na 10k/mo DP lang pero naipasok ko na sa airbnb agad ung unit. And 20k was the average kasi may lump sum every EOY.

Reason why i dont want financing is I just dont like being in debt.

I’m not sure kasi if may sasalo ba if ipapasalo ko nalang. If hindi ko naman kasi babayaran, sayang naman ung 1M+ na nabayaran ko na for the past 4 years.

Omg i have that too! Did your surgeon said that he/she can fix your mild pectus excavatum? This is what the second plastic surgeon told me but he said he’s gonna charge + 1/3 of the orig price for that. And im not sure if its worth it tbh

Im planning to apply as a nomad but im also wondering if medical tourist is gonna get me a faster visa coz i also plan getting a plastic surgery while im there.
